(chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 xíc (chá) amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;½ colher fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;Bater margarina com açúcar, ovo até formar um creme. Peneirar sobre o creme todos os ingredientes secos. Misturar bem e forrar uma forma de aro removível e de 25 cm de diâmetro com 1/3 da massa e reservar o restante (ao que deve ser acrescentado um pouco mais de farinha ou maisena para virar uma farofa).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Recheio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado (eu coloco 2 latas)&lt;br /&gt;2 gemas coadas&lt;br /&gt;5 colheres de suco de limão&lt;br /&gt;3 bananas caturra cortadas em rodela&lt;br /&gt;2 maçãs cortadas em fatias finas&lt;br /&gt;Misture o leite condensado com as gemas e o suco de limão. Levar ao  forno preaquecido por 35 minutos ou até que as almôndegas comecarem a dourar.  Retirar as almôndegas do forno, acrescentar o molho e colocar em recipiente  apropriado.&lt;/p&gt; Obs: essas almôndegas ficam com um leve "sotaque"  árabe por causa da hortelã. Deliciosas! style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;      Como fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Misture o fermento para pão, com 50g de farinha de trigo e ½ xícara (chá) água morna. Deixe crescer por 20 minutos. Acrescente 300ml de água morna, o sal, o multi-adoçante, a margarina light e a farinha restante. Sove todos os ingredientes e faça os pãezinhos no formato desejado. Passe cada pãozinho na água fria e polvilhe com farinha de rosca. Deixe crescer lado a lado até que dobre de volume.
